Do you offer tours of The Mint?

Yes, we offer tours to clients interested in renting our venue for their events. We do not provide private tours

What is the largest space in the venue?

The largest space is the amazing courtyard (3,900 sq ft)

Will there be another event going on during mine?

No. We never host more than one event at a time at The Mint

What is the parking situation at The Mint?

There is no dedicated parking lot at The Mint. Luckily, the Mission parking lot is conveniently located across the street between 4th & 5th on Mission St.

Can you rent specific rooms? Or does it need to be the full venue?

We are always happy to work with whatever your needs are for the event, depending on your party size.

Does The Mint still make coins?

The Mint, or Old San Francisco Mint, produced coins from 1874-1937. Coin production now occurs at the facility at 155 Hermann Street
