The client was slated to host a large concert in tandem with Superbowl 50, and had very specific, very heavy production needs. their vision was to build out a large, 3-tier mezzanine structure, fabricated with massive steel beams and heavy wooden floorboards, all within a tight turnaround window.
Engineering the whopping 50,000 additional square feet of event event space in the warehouse was no easy task. The Team at NPU worked closely with the client, walking them through all necessary permitting for the structure. NPU also acted as the liason with the Port of San Francisco Building Department, personally facilitating all of the engineering calculations and layouts necessary to bring the client's vision to life.
